Ogilvie & Co Spiced Citrus & Honey Glaze brings luxury to your table with golden honey sweetness and bright citrus notes. Perfect for finishing roasted meats and poultry, this jewel-toned glaze transforms simple dishes into something memorable.

Brush generously over ham, pork chops, chicken, steak, or hamburgers in the final minutes of cooking for a glossy, caramelized finish. Works beautifully as a marinade base or finishing touch for grilled vegetables too.

For glazed baked ham: preheat oven to 180°C. Remove skin from ham, score in a diamond pattern, and place a whole clove at each corner. Brush glaze over the ham, place in a lined baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes, reapplying glaze every 10 minutes until golden. Serve hot or cold.
